Thirty years in the trenches — live sales floors, a manufacturing business I ran as CEO, a medical group, and a $10M estate-sale operation whose systems I helped build. Advanced training in management, marketing, and sales.

I'm a business troubleshooter. The real problem is almost never the one the owner thinks it is — if you could see it, you'd have fixed it already. I find what's actually causing the headache, and we solve it together.
